NFL Playoffs

Hey everyone! I can't wait for the offseason to start! The playoffs are good, but frankly I hate every team left. Currently I'm pulling for the Colts, but I don't really care. I'm going to start going over a 32 team analysis starting with the worst teams and building up. I hope to see Brett Favre retire too! I'm a Bears fan and I despretely want them out of it, but I don't like the Saints either. So I'm going to stick with the Colts. I hate the Jets and that's that. Anyways, I hope to see lots of followers with this blog!

NFL BREAKING NEWS 5-27-09

Anquan Boldin: Anquan Boldin doesn't want to play in a Cardinals uniform. We've known that for a while. After the Eagles and Bears fail to aquire him during the draft, it looks like he will be a Cardinal. For some reason he decides to fire his agent and find one who is going to get him traded.

Peyton Manning: Peyton Manning MAD?!?! Well Peyton Manning is starting to get some real problems. He doesn't have his Wide Receiver that he has had all his career. No Coach that he needs to teach him. No offensive coordinator to run his plays. He is going to have some trouble. I don't see how he has trouble. HE'S PEYTON MANNING!!!

TRANSACTIONS: Two Cornerbacks have been signed recently. One cornerback was Dre' Bly who was signed by the 49ers and another cornerback Rod Hood was signed by the Browns.

Brett Favre and other Minnesota problems.

TOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO

Let's look at Brett for a minute. It looked like Brett Favre wasn't going to go to the Vikings. Now after looking back at it Brett Favre might be headed there. If you take a look at it Brett Favre isn't going to be at Minnesota for long. First off, his injury is going to put him in worse health for his later life. The other reason is that he will only be there for a year. Either way (if Brett comes or not) the Vikings are not going to have a quaterback next year. I don't understand why they don't draft a franchise quaterback. It doesn't make sense. What do you think about Brett Favre and the Vikings?

The New England Patriots

One very big question this upcoming NFL season is about the New England Patriots. The New
England Patriots have dominated football up until last season when Tom Brady was injured. Before this season the Patriots went 16-0 in 2007. They suffered a dramatic loss in the Super Bowl to the
NEW YORK GIANTS! The question is can they rebound with Tom Brady, Randy Moss, pro bowl receiver Wes Welker, the best offensive line, and new addition, Hall of Famer, Fred Taylor. I think that they will win the Super Bowl, but I would also like to hear your opinions. Write your comments and other opinions here.

NFL Breaking News 4-16-09

There are some trade rumors out right now, but we have to first address the retirement of a very popular person. JOHN MADDEN!! John Madden has retired from broadcasting. Any comments??

In other news we see a lot of trade rumors out right now and some possible free agent pick-ups. There is a rumor about Braylon Edwards. He looks like next year he will be playing in a New York Giants uniform. Do you think that this will help the Giants or cause another disruption with another wide receiver??

Anquan Boldin is complaining about his contract with the Cardinals. He feels that there needs to be some "necessary" moves. He has told reporters that he would like to play for the Miami Dolphins. Is Anquan Boldin making a mistake by demanding a trade or is this the right decision??

Two other canidates are Chad Ocho Cinco, who has possible destiations to Oakland or Philladelphia, and Tony Gonzalez. Gonzalez isn't as likely to go anywhere and as far as I know there aren't many teams interested.

Another option that could happen would be the signing of Plaxico Burress. The Chicago Bears have shown interest, but it doesn't seem soon.

Matt Cassel: One-Year Wonder or Franchise Quaterback???

Is Matt Cassel a big bust or the next Tom Brady. If we look back to the 2001 season, we can see the first Patriot quaterback come alive. Drew Bledsoe was a Hall of Fame quaterback until he took a huge hit. Tom Brady was a wonder that year and led the team throughout the playoffs and in the Super Bowl Brady beat out Bleadsoe for the job. Now Tom Brady is in the top two quaterbacks in the NFL. My question to you is: Was Matt Cassel a one-year wonder or a franchise quaterback??????
